Outil de formation aux compétences sociales en Réalité Virtuelle

Abstract

International audience; Cette proposition de communication s'inscrit dans le cadre de la réalisation d'un outil de formation aux compétences sociales, à destination des managers et commerciaux. Cet outil vise à exploiter les technologies immersives an de s'inscrire dans une forme de rupture avec les moyens traditionnels. Dans le cadre d'une thèse Cifre étudiant l'utilisation des technologies immersives pour l'apprentissage, le Laboratoire d'Informatique, de Robotique et de Microélectronique de Montpellier (LIRMM) et Capgemini accompagnent Safran Helicopter Engines dans la conceptualisation de l'outil, ainsi que dans la réalisation et l'expérimentation d'un prototype.Dans cette communication, nous proposons de revenir sur la démarche de conceptualisation de l'outil, de présenter le prototype ainsi que les perspectives qu'a laissé entrevoir sa réalisation.
