Sztuczna inteligencja jest jednym z najważniejszych elementów współczesnego świata. Funkcjonuje już ona w podstawowych dziedzinach życia. Jest także wykorzystywana w różnych dyscyplinach naukowych. Od pewnego czasu zaczyna się również stosować algorytmy sztucznej inteligencji do badania świata kultury. W artykule zostały ukazane najważniejsze metody i narzędzia sztucznej inteligencji stosowane w badaniach różnych zjawisk kultury, a także przykłady takich badań. Badacze kultury wykorzystują sztuczną inteligencję w dwóch obszarach. Pierwszym jest przetwarzanie języka naturalnego, drugim komputerowe badanie obrazów (filmów, zdjęć, grafiki itp.). Sztuczna inteligencja jest częścią uczenia maszynowego. Wykorzystuje ono konwolucyjne sieci neuronowe, duże ilości danych (big data) i superkomputery do analizy i wizualizacji cyfrowych wytworów. Badania kultury za pomocą sztucznej inteligencji są zaliczane do nowego paradygmatu zwanego humanistyką cyfrową.

Poročilo s konference Jezikovne tehnologije in digitalna humanistika (JTDH) 2022, ki je potekala septembra 2022 v prostorih Fakultete za družbene vede Univerze v Ljubljani. Konferenco je priredilo Slovensko društvo za jezikovne tehnologije (SDJT), v soorganizaciji s Centrom za jezikovne vire in tehnologije Univerze v Ljubljani (CJVT), Inštitutom za novejšo zgodovino (INZ) ter raziskovalnima infrastrukturama CLARIN.SI in DARIAH-SI.

Wenige Autoren haben die europäische Lyrik so geprägt wie Francesco Petrarca (1304-1374). Das liegt vor allem an dem poetischen Stil von Petrarcas wichtigstem Text in italienischer Sprache, einer Sammlung von Liebesgedichten mit dem Titel Canzoniere, die über Jahrhunderte zu einem bedeutenden poetischen Modell für die europäische Lyrik wurde. Petrarcas Einfluss auf die europäische Literatur wird in der Forschung oft mit dem Ausdruck „Petrarkismus“ bezeichnet, allerdings ist die genaue Definition des Begriffs nach wie vor umstritten. Ein Grund dafür mag sein, dass nur wenige Untersuchungen zum Petrarkismus ein größeres Textkorpus in den Blick nehmen. Die Analyse eines umfassenden Korpus petrarkistischer Dichtung könnte allerdings nicht nur existierende Definitionen auf breiterer Basis erproben, sondern ferner einen quantitativ fundierten Beitrag zum besseren Verständnis des Petrarkismus leisten. Der vorliegende Beitrag untersucht ausgehend von bestehenden Erklärungsansätzen des Petrarkismus ein Korpus aus 55 italienischen Gedichtsammlungen mittels digitaler stilometrischer, Kookkurrenz- und Netzwerkanalysen.

The Social Sciences and Humanities communities needed a central point to gather and exchange information about their tools, services, and datasets. Although plenty of project websites, service registries, and data repositories existed, they were mostly fragmented. The lack of contextualisation connecting these assets and offering domain-relevant means to discuss and enrich them was evident. Also, there was a need to digitalise this research domain which, in most cases, was not yet digital native. This siloed environment was the challenge SSHOC set out to bridge in January 2019. The solution to solve this problems was found in the SSH Open Marketplace, delivered in 2022. It is a discovery platform supporting researchers in the multi-faceted domain of humanities and social sciences at every step of the research data lifecycle. PaNOSC deliverable D9.4 - Dissemination and outreach activities aims to showcase the results of the strategy and work plan laid out in the project's WP on Outreach / Communication and Dissemination / Impact, to reach out to the widest number of stakeholders by using a mix of channels and tools, towards the overarching goal of driving a cultural change in the PaN user community, by stimulating the adoption of more FAIR Open Data practices among the PaN scientific community.

The group has been active since June 2020. The group was formed to investigate the potential of developing an Application Profile for excavation data, explore the current state of excavation data modelling and propose a roadmap for further activities. During the ARIADNEplus project, group participants have convened eight times, organised a virtual workshop on excavation data modelling and prepared two presentations, one at an ARIADNEplus meeting and another targeting wider audiences (EAA2022). The entire work of the group is summarised in the present report and attached annexes.

Keynote talk given at the DH_Budapest_2022 & DARIAH Days conference, 23-25 November 2022 at ELTE in Budapest, Hungary. This talk explains in concrete details how the DARIAH Infrastructure acts as a force multiplier for Social Science and Humanities Research, enabling researchers to conduct groundbreaking research in an open, European environment.

Diese Handreichung erläutert Schritt für Schritt die Möglichkeit Dienste und Werkzeuge unter der Kategorie DARIAH National Resource in den SSH Open Marketplace einzupflegen. Dies kann als Modell für die Nutzung des SSH Open Marketplaces für nationale Infrastrukturen (auch im Bereich der NFDI) innerhalb der Sozial- und Geisteswissenschaften gesehen werden. Eine englische Fassung dieser Handreichung ist geplant.
