It is supposed that the XEC of a phase are the same, either it's alone or it takes part of a two-phase system. The simulation of the deformation curves versus sin²ψ, using scale transition models leads us to invalidate this hypothesis. The model used is a one site self-consistent one. The simulation of the micro-mechanical behaviour of each modelized inclusion has been performed. Each one is embedded in a matrix which effective macroscopical behaviour can be assimilated to the homogeneous two-phase material. In this work, two types of two-phase materials without texture have been considered : austenoferritical alloys and an aluminium composite with silicium β carbide fibres. The model used shows that the XEC of the analysed phase depends on the volume fraction of the two phases. Neglecting this phenomenon induces a systematic error on the stresses determinationusing experimental values. If we consider for example a {100} diffracting plane, this systematic error is always lower than 2% in the case of austenoferritical alloys but it can reach 16% for the stresses analysis in the silicium carbide, considering the composite of 15% of SiC and 85% of Al. From those results, it may be deduced that the analysis of two-phase materials with components with different mechanical behaviours (like Al and SiC) might take into account the correct XEC in order to minimize the standard deviation on stress measured values.; El análisis de tensiones residuales por difracción X, sobre muestras bifásicas, está basado en la utilización de las CER (Constantes Elásticas Radiocristalográficas) obtenidas sobre una fase aislada.
