This dataset (kml file) was created in 2014 using the DARIAH-DE Geo-Browser to visualise a bibliography of Spanish and Hispanic cultural magazines from 1821-1991 focusing on the period 1850-1950. The data refers to the title of the magazines, the place of publication and the publication period - if given - also the names of the editors. The bibliography was created in preparation of the revistas-culturales project (https://www.revistas-culturales.de/es) led by Hanno Ehrlicher at the University of Augsburg, now hosted at the University of Tübingen. In order to preserve the data and publish it independently from the project's website, we decided to publish it in a trusted repository which allows a direct connection to the DARIAH-DE Geo-Browser (via the Switchboard). To reuse the data you can also upload the kml file directly to the Geo-Browser: https://geobrowser.de.dariah.eu/ (to be able to do so you need login with your institutional or a DARIAH account).
