  • The Ontology Lookup Service (OLS) is a repository for biomedical ontologies that aims to provide a single point of access to the latest ontology versions. You can browse the ontologies through the website as well as programmatically via the OLS API. In 2023 OLS was updated to scale better and with a new user interface. OLS is used within life sciences but also in the fields of chemistry and engineering. Code is available under an Apache 2.0 licence.

  • OmicsPred is a resource for predicting multi-omics data (proteomics, metabolomics, transcriptomics etc.) directly from genotypes. To do this, we use extensive multi-omics data to train genetic scores using machine learning. Here, you can explore and download the genetic scores for a wide range of biomolecular traits in human blood as well as the summary statistics of their associations with key traits and diseases in the UK Biobank.

  • The basic principle in the Biocidal Products Regulation ((EU) No 528/2012 (BPR)) is that a biocidal product must be authorised before it can be made available on the market or used in the European Economic Area (EEA) and Switzerland. The active substance is evaluated and, provided the criteria are fulfilled, is then approved in a specified product-type. The data on this page is active substance/product-type centric. The database includes active substances in the Review Programme, active substances not in the Review Programme as well as substances in Annex I of the BPR.

  • Neuroimaging Informatics Tools and Resources Collaboratory Resources Registry (NITRC-R) describes software tools and resources, vocabularies, test data, and databases. It is intended to extend the impact and longevity of previously funded neuroimaging informatics contributions. NITRC-R gives researchers access to tools and resources, categorization and organization of existing tools and resources, facilitation of interactions between researchers and developers, and promotion of best practices through enhanced documentation and tutorials. NITRC’s scientific focus includes: MR, PET/SPECT, CT, EEG/MEG, optical imaging, clinical neuroimaging, computational neuroscience, and imaging genomics software tools, data, and computational resources.

  • The Eukaryotic Pathogen, Vector and Host Informatics Resource (VEuPathDB) focuses on eukaryotic pathogens and invertebrate vectors of infectious diseases, , encompassing data from prior resources devoted to parasitic species (EuPathDB), fungi (FungiDB) and vector species (VectorBase). While each of the taxonomic groups within this resource is supported by a taxon-specific database built upon the same infrastructure, the EuPathDB portal offers an entry point to all of these resources, and the opportunity to leverage orthology for searches across genera.
